Innovation and Collaboration in the MTA Ecosystem

Hack2BRIDGE Italy represents the grand finale of a European series dedicated to fostering high-tech innovation in the Mobility, Transport, and Automotive (MTA) ecosystem. Organized by ANFIA and PwC Italy under the umbrella of the European BRIDGESMEs project (funded by Horizon Europe), the challenge brought together the most promising tech companies at the PwC Tower in Milan on November 11, 2025. The hackathon’s goal was to connect industrial giants with tech innovators to solve real-world sector challenges and accelerate the adoption of disruptive solutions that boost industrial resilience.

Easyrain is excited to share a new milestone: our second-place achievement at Hack2BRIDGE Italy. The event offered a powerful platform to showcase our technologies built to elevate safety in autonomous and highly automated vehicles.

BRIDGEMSEs drives the growth of European SMEs by cultivating innovation-centric ecosystems. Its mission is to strengthen collaboration among tech companies, research centres, and mobility stakeholders, accelerating the creation of advanced solutions that will shape the future of transportation.

A Recognition of Technological Maturity and Safety Impact

At the hackathon, Easyrain presented its vision for safer autonomy, demonstrating how our integrated ecosystem can address some of the most critical challenges limiting the progression of autonomous mobility. The jury acknowledged the maturity, clarity, and real-world impact of our proposal, awarding Easyrain second place among the participating innovators.

This recognition reinforces the rising importance of intelligent safety technologies in autonomous driving and confirms Easyrain’s role as a key contributor to next-generation vehicle systems. It also reflects the value of collaboration between industry and technology players in accelerating progress and building safer mobility networks.
