New Investment  Secured to Power Next Growth Phase

Easyrain, the Italian techn company pioneering software and mechatronic safety solutions for both traditional and autonomous vehicles, announces a new phase of international growth following the closure of an equity investment round and the signing of strategic agreements with leading global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.

The round, led by Indaco Venture Partners SGR with participation from Progress Tech Transfer and Easyrain Invest, will support Easyrain’s technology roadmap, commercial expansion, and team growth.
Indaco’s investment was made through the Indaco Ventures I and Indaco Ventures I – Parallel Lombardia funds, the latter backed by Lombardia Venture, an initiative of Regione Lombardia funded by the EU’s PR Lombardia FESR 21-27 program and managed by Finlombarda, aimed at scaling high-potential companies in the region. The legal aspects of the investment round were managed by LCA Studio Legale, which has advised the company in all previous funding rounds.

This latest round follows a series of significant commercial milestones. Easyrain recently partnered with NVIDIA to integrate its virtual anti-aquaplaning sensor — the first component of the company’s DAI (Digital Advanced Information) platform — into the Halos AI Systems Inspection Lab software architecture.
Additionally, Easyrain finalized a strategic agreement with the Hyundai-Kia Group and was selected to join the MobilityXlab ecosystem, where it will collaborate with global mobility leaders such as Volvo Group, Magna, Zeekr Technology Europe, and Zenseact.

These achievements position Easyrain as a key player in the global vehicle safety landscape, delivering innovative, production-ready solutions for the mobility of today and tomorrow — including autonomous vehicles and robotaxis.

The successful closing of this milestone supports Easyrain’s 2025–2030 industrial plan and its growing pipeline of global business opportunities. With an ambitious roadmap progressing on track, the company is now preparing a new major investment round, focused on international expansion and the development of next-generation technology.

Pioneering Safety Innovation Together, One Vehicle at a Time

Following the announcement of our collaboration with NVIDIA and a successful week at VivaTech in Paris, where we showcased our technologies during Antoine Alleno’s award on Road Safety, Easyrain is proud to announce a new strategic milestone: the signing of a four-year agreement with Hyundai Motor Company.

This partnership marks a significant step forward in Easyrain’s mission to improve road safety and support the evolution of intelligent mobility.
